It was an absolute pleasure to be invited the other day by artist Teresa Ascençao to participate in a “world cafe-style” conversation with her students at OCADU about their end of term projects.
CoExistence Lab is a speculative design course aimed at fostering conversations about urban design projects and practices that prioritise sustainable, ecologically-minded, and humanitarian futures.
It was wonderful to see how students approached questions about design ethics, environmental justice, the human, and more-than-human world.
Thank you Teresa for the invitation, to the other colleagues who participated in these conversations, and most of all to the students for sharing your fantastic work.
