Homecoming Talk: From Dundas Street to Dublin: Performing Spatial Research Through Scenographic Chorography

Last week I returned from research trip to University College Dublin, and I am very excited to share with you everything I learned! In that spirit I’m happy to announce that I’ll be giving a slightly modified version of the Craig Dobbin Legacy Lecture that I delivered at the UCD School of History for friends, colleagues, and members of the public!

The talk will take place at The Catalyst at the Creative School at Toronto Metropolitan University on Monday, November 24, 2025 at 5:00PM. Food and refreshments will be provided courtesy of the Media and Design Innovation PhD Program.

If you plan to attend we are asking that you register via the Eventbrite Link Here: https://www.eventbrite.com/e/from-dundas-street-to-dublin-tickets-1967768451409

I look forward to seeing you there.

UPDATE

Thank you so much to everyone who attended this talk! What a lovely evening of thought-provoking questions and discussion.
Big thanks as well to Dr. John Shiga, Chair of the Media and Design PhD Program for hosting this event, as well as to Marnie Gilbert and Daniel Garcia, at the Creative School for all their logistical support as well!
